Personal Data Processing Principles
The following privacy principles apply to all personal data collected by the data controller based on the fulfillment of contractual obligations, legal requirements, legitimate interests, or granted consent, through websites or other sources. They describe how the data controller uses and protects personal data.

Legislation
The data controller processes personal data provided by the user via telephone, in person, in writing, or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR).
Scope of Data Processed by the Controller
Name, surname, company, address, phone number, email, company registration number (IČ), VAT number (DIČ), and other related communication, information, and documentation provided by the user in the course of services provided by the controller.
Retention Period for Personal Data
The controller processes and retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill all rights and obligations of the user and for the period required by applicable legal regulations concerning the protection of personal data.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
The controller discloses personal data to third parties only if required by other legal regulations, necessary for the provision of a product or service, or based on the legitimate interest of the controller. The disclosure of personal data always occurs based on legal regulations or a contract with a third party that provides adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data.
User Rights
Right of Access to Personal Data - the user has the right to obtain information from the controller about whether their personal data is being processed, and if so, which data and how it is being processed. The user also has the right to have any inaccurate personal data rectified without undue delay and to complete any incomplete personal data.
Right to Erasure of Personal Data – the user has the right to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data processed by the controller, provided that certain conditions are met and the user makes such a request.
Right to Restriction of Processing - the user has the right to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data in certain cases. The user also has the right to object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests of the controller, third parties, or necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.
Right to Data Portability – the user has the right to obtain their personal data provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format. This data may then be transferred to another controller, or if technically feasible, the user may request that the data be transferred directly between controllers.
Right to Withdraw Consent – the user has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, either in whole or in part. Consent can be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller’s address or email. The controller may only process personal data to the extent necessary for legal reasons, such as fulfilling legal obligations or protecting legal rights and claims.
In case of any doubts regarding the processing of their personal data by the controller, the user may file a complaint directly with the controller or contact the Data Protection Authority or a court.

What are cookies?
Text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device at the moment you begin using the website.
